Stephen Molinelli

Mr. Molinelli has twenty five years of experience defending insurance companies and their insureds, municipalities and quasi-municipal entities. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Federal District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and also practices before numerous Alternative Dispute Resolution forums. He has handled all aspects of litigation from inception through trial as well as successful appeals before the 1st and 2nd Departments of the Appellate Division and the Court of Appeals. He has extensive experience in many practice areas, including Labor Law and construction claims, premises liability, products liability, property damage, Dram Shop liability, motor vehicle liability and municipal liability.

Mr. Molinelli earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University and his Juris Doctorate degree from St. John's University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review.
