Jason Murphy

Mr. Murphy was born in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts with departmental honors in Economics. After working in the field of real estate, construction and construction litigation, he attended the University of San Diego School of Law. As a member of the National Mock Trial Team, Jason received top honors for his trial advocacy skills displayed in national competitions. He graduated in May 2001 and was admitted to the California Bar the same year.

He was more recently admitted to the Bar in Florida and is licensed to practice before all State and Federal Courts. He is a registered real estate broker and has extensive trial experience. While continuing to be involved in insurance defense and Real Estate litigation in Florida, Jason focuses on premises liability and personal injury defense for several hospitality groups – defending restaurants, bars and hotels throughout the State. He lives with his wife in Windermere, Florida.
