William R. Brocks, Jr.

Mr. Brocks has extensive experience in the areas of general and professional liability defense, including all aspects of construction litigation. Mr. Brocks represents architects, engineers and other design professionals, and is a member of several design professional organizations and societies. He represents insureds in the defense of automobile, premises and products liability claims, as well as Labor Law and Toxic Tort litigation.

Mr. Brocks serves as outside counsel to various insurance companies and third-party administrators providing counsel on insurance coverage related matters. His coverage practice involves the defense of both first and third-party claims against his insurance carrier clients, including fraudulent claims.

Mr. Brocks received a Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law, and is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit
