Gary Marshall

Gary Marshall concentrates his practice on the defense of contractors and premises owners in Labor Law, construction claims, and general liability including premises liability. He has represented international technology and transportation companies as well as corporate and individual clients. Mr. Marshall is admitted in the State of New York, the State of New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

He has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal court including alternative dispute resolution, conducting depositions, hearings, and mediations. Mr. Marshall draws on over a decade of experience handling cases on Long Island, the five boroughs of New York, and the lower-Hudson Valley region to employ a strategic and cost-saving strategy to reach the best outcome for his clients. Mr. Marshall received his undergraduate degree from SUNY Geneseo, his Masters from CUNY City College, and his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law.
