James Esposito

For over twenty years, Mr. Esposito has concentrated his practice upon the defense of property owners, contractors, business owners and municipalities against complex personal injury claims. He has extensive experience in the areas of premises liability, Labor Law claims, municipal law and motor vehicle accidents. Throughout his career he has also represented insurance carriers and self-insured entities.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Esposito has been a managing attorney at firms in New York City and Long Island. He has been responsible for the handling of complex claims and serious personal injury matters from inception through trial and appeal. He has tried numerous cases through verdict on Long Island, all five boroughs of New York and in the neighboring counties.

Mr. Esposito received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Johns Hopkins University and his Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
