Caniel Cahn

Daniel Cahn has more than 20 years of experience representing a variety of individual, corporate, municipal, and insurance clients, with a focus on commercial litigation, real property matters, municipal/zoning and land use litigation, title insurance litigation, and contract disputes. Daniel also specializes in general liability defense and insurance coverage cases.

Daniel obtained his J.D. from St. John’s School of Law and attended undergraduate at Colgate University. Daniel is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in New York, including the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
