Richard Yung

Richard Yung is an associate in the Firm where he concentrates his practice on the defense of premises liability claims and other general liability claims. As a litigator, Richard actively assists in all stages of litigation, from initial case analysis and strategy through trial and appeals. Additionally, he handles preparation for alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation.

Prior to joining Farber Brocks & Zane, L.L.P, Mr. Yung practiced in the real estate industry where he represented lenders in mortgage financing transactions and individual buyers and sellers in transactional residential and commercial closings. Mr. Yung is fluent in Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese).

Mr. Yung received his undergraduate degree from New York University and his Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law, where he earned his Transactional Law and Skills certificate. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
