William R. Brocks, Jr.

William R. Brocks, Jr. brings extensive experience in general liability defense and insurance coverage evaluation and litigation. William defends insured clients in a variety of cases, including premises liability, product liability, labor law issues, toxic torts, and cyber liability litigation.

In addition to his defense work, William serves as outside counsel to insurance companies and third-party administrators, offering expert advice on insurance coverage matters. His coverage practice includes defending both first and third-party claims, including fraudulent and cyber liability claims, as well as handling declaratory judgment actions on behalf of his insurance carrier clients.

William earned his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law. He is admitted to practice before the courts of New York State, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
