He has a proven track record representing project owners, developers, and contractors in complex construction defect and New York Labor Law claims. His combined background enables him to analyze technical issues, manage expert witnesses, and achieve favorable outcomes in high-stakes cases. Braden also defends business owners, including restaurants, bars, and retail establishments, in premises liability and Dram Shop claims, crafting cost-conscious strategies that reflect both legal standards and operational realities. His approach balances thorough risk assessment, aggressive advocacy, and practical guidance to minimize exposure and protect client interests.

Braden’s engineering background, combined with decades of legal experience, gives him a deep, hands-on understanding of the industries he serves. Before entering the legal field, he earned an engineering degree from the University of Michigan and worked as an engineer for a Fortune 100 company. Braden graduated magna cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
