Arturo Boutin

Arturo Boutin is a seasoned litigation attorney with extensive experience representing individual and corporate clients in complex commercial and negligence matters. He concentrates his practice on insurance defense, representing business owners and contractors in premises liability, construction accident, and New York Labor Law matters, along with related general liability claims.

For nearly three decades, Mr. Boutin has guided clients through all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts, including pleadings, hearings, dispositive motion practice, depositions, arbitration and trial. Mr. Boutin concentrates on building a partnership case handling relationship with clients to achieve their objectives in an expeditious manner.  He regularly serves as lead counsel and monitoring counsel, devising litigation strategies, preparing for trial, and engaging in mediation and alternate dispute resolution for favorable, cost-effective results.  Before joining his current firm, he served as Partner and Of Counsel at prominent New York litigation firms, where he supervised associates, shaped complex case strategy, and resolved a wide range of high-exposure matters.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law where is continues as an active participant in Fordham Law School’s Mentor-Mentee Program, providing guidance and professional development support to current law students as they navigate their legal careers. Mr. Boutin is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York.
