The Partners

Braden H. Farber

Mr. Farber is an experienced litigator and, as a graduate engineer, concentrates his expertise in the areas of construction related matters including, large loss property damage claims, Labor Law and other personal injury claims, as well as the professional liability defense of design and delay claims against architects, engineers, and other design professionals. He also serves as counsel to many design firms, property owners, real estate developers and contractors. Mr. Farber is a member of several design professional organizations and societies, is a frequent lecturer on relevant topics of interest, and also provides accredited continuing education courses.

William R. Brocks, Jr.

Mr. Brocks has extensive experience in the areas of general and professional liability defense, including all aspects of construction litigation. Mr. Brocks represents architects, engineers and other design professionals, and is a member of several design professional organizations and societies. He represents insureds in the defense of automobile, premises and products liability claims, as well as Labor Law and Toxic Tort litigation.

Audra S. Zane

Ms. Zane concentrates her practice on insurance coverage related matters, and represents her insurance company clients in the State and Federal Courts through all phases of litigation. Ms. Zane also defends insurers against claims of Bad Faith and extra-contractual liability, and has acted as supervisory counsel to carriers in cases of catastrophic loss. Ms. Zane is counsel of record on numerous reported appellate level decisions, is a frequent lecturer, and publishes articles on insurance coverage issues that impact upon claims handling and other risk management concerns. Ms. Zane has also practiced extensively in the areas of general and professional liability defense, including the defense of insurance agents and brokers.
