William MacDevitt

William MacDevitt concentrates his practice in the defense of civil lawsuits including those involving medical malpractice, premises liability, MVA, and other general liability claims. Mr. MacDevitt has successfully defended various businesses, including medical centers and health care providers in all New York City boroughs, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, Nassau and Suffolk counties.

He is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Mr. MacDevitt is a graduate of St John’s Law School and received a Bachelor of Science degree from St Joseph’s College. He is also a June 2022 LLM candidate in Health Care Law at Hofstra University. Mr. MacDevitt is a member of the American Health Law Association.
