Matthew B. Kogan

Mr. Kogan is a litigation associate at Farber Brocks & Zane, focusing his practice on the defense of architects and engineers, as well as construction law and general liability claims. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kogan gained substantial experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of construction litigation, commercial litigation, professional liability, products liability, directors and officers liability, agents and brokers liability, toxic tort liability, insurance coverage, appellate practice, and regulatory matters dealing with insurance. He organized a multinational product recall on behalf of a prominent international company and also lectured to insurance companies and their clients regarding construction litigation and the defense of Labor Law claims.

Mr. Kogan earned his B.A. from Hofstra University and graduated from Hofstra University School of Law where he was elected Managing Editor of Family Court Review: An Interdisciplinary Journal. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
